Thank you for preparing and completing the Pledge Weekend. This weekend will be our First Follow-Up Weekend. Thank you to those who have already completed and submitted their first ACA Reports. We appreciate your timely manner on these reports. Attached is the Role of the ACA Secretary and or Bookkeeper, the Donor List and Parish Transmittal Forms (Excel and Word formats).

Important Note: Letter Concepts, the company the diocese works with and who does our ACA mailing and material, recently sent an incorrect calculation error on the pledge card.  The initial and monthly payments added together did not equal the total request amount being asked of the parishioner. This error was on the first mailing sent on October 21, 2013. Letter Concepts has mailed a corrected pledge card to each parishioner with an apology and explanation of the error.  (Attached is the Apology Letter from Letter Concepts, Inc.)

November 9/10: First Follow-Up Weekend

       Assure Appeal envelopes and pencils are available in the pews.

       Before each Mass, make certain that each pew pocket is replenished with envelopes and a sufficient number of pencils.

       Use ACA suggested Prayers of the Faithful at all Masses.

       Place announcements in bulletin and make pulpit announcements at all Masses.

Friendly Reminder to Bookkeepers:

November 7: First Report due to Development Office

       Assure Bookkeeper/Appeal Secretary submits second report to Dana Johnson at 5301-A Tieton Drive, Yakima, WA 98908-3493. This includes 2014 Annual Catholic Appeal Donor List, Parish Report Transmittal Form, Pledge Cards and Parish Check. (Donor List and Transmittal Form attached)

        Reports are due on Thursday of each week during the Appeal.

The following ACA forms are attached:

  • Role of ACA Secretary and or Bookkeeper
  • Donor List (Excel and Word Format)
  • Parish Transmittal Form (Excel and Word Format)
