Jesus in the Wild: A Bible Study on Jesus’ Baptism and Temptations in the Desert

Mark your calendars for Monday January 19, 2015 as Karlo Broussard, founder and president of The Divine Child Institute, Inc., will be presenting a talk entitled “Jesus in the Wild: A Bible Study on Jesus’ Baptism and Temptations in the Desert” in Kuykendall Hall, at  St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 625 S. Elliott, Wenatchee, starting at 6:15 PM.  In this talk, Karlo delves into the first events of Christ’s public life, namely His Baptism and His temptations in the desert, and highlights the various details that, when read in light of the Old Testament, reveal Jesus to be the New Davidic King, the New Moses, the New Elisha, the New Adam, and Yahweh Himself.  Karlo also explains how Jesus, in His battle against Satan in the wilderness, is making right what Adam made wrong in the Garden and what Israel made wrong in their forty year sojourn in the wilderness.  Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity for fellowship and growth in knowledge of Christ’s life.  Be sure to visit Karlo’s video blog www.karlobroussard.com.
