Dates for Bishop's and Diocesan Calendar

Dear Friends:

I am asking you to work with your leadership, again, to clearly identify dates that you are requesting the presence of a bishop.  I am getting very late requests and at the very last minute and it is very hard to plan.  Elvia Gonzalez in my office has been the point of contact for many of these requests. You may contact her at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Could you kindly ask your groups and organizations to plan in advance.  It is also vitally important for groups to understand that a refusal to appear is not a judgment on anyone’s part, but simply an inability to accommodate last-minute plans and last-minute changes.  Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this matter.
